Q1:About the Coil:
A:The solenoid valve is designed for short-term use. The coil will generate heat when energized. For standard models, continuous energization should be within 60 minutes.
For long-term operation, it is recommended to use the solenoid valve with an energy-saving module, allowing 24+ hours of continuous operation without overheating.
Q2:Working Principle:
A:Normally Closed (NC): Opens when energized, closes when power is off.
Normally Open (NO): Closes when energized, opens when power is off.(Requires at least 0.5 KG of pressure in the pipeline to open; will not open without sufficient pressure!)
Q3:Precautions:
A:When using with devices such as temperature controllers or level sensors, upper and lower limits must be set to allow the solenoid valve rest intervals.
Setting only one limit (upper or lower) will cause frequent valve operation, leading to coil burnout.
Q4:Installation:
A:There is an arrow on the valve body or base indicating the flow direction. Do not install it in reverse.
(This product is not suitable for media with large particles or impurities.)
If the medium is dirty, a filter must be installed.
There should be no pressure at the valve outlet. If pressure exists, a check valve must be installed.
